Sit or stand while keeping your spine straightened, inhale deeply using nose and exhale while keeping lips shut. During breathing in and out, move the jaws as if you are chewing.
After breathing out, open your mouth wide and inhale and exhale using your mouth. Repeat these steps a few times.
Tongue press
This exercise mostly involves the tongue and mouth. You may try it before bedtime.
At first you have to sit straight, and tilt the head to face the ceiling. Press tongue against the roof of the mouth, and lower the chin to your chest. This is much helpful on how to get rid of a double chin. Again take your tongue to the first position. Repeat this a few times.
Circle of life
This is one double chin removing exercise for those who don’t have much time to exercise
Tilt your head facing up, shut the lips close and open a little. Ensure the lips form an o shape, remain in this pose for 20 seconds.  Repeat this a number of times.
Side neck stretch
In this exercise, you need to involve more than just your neck and face muscles.
Put one hand on the floor, and wrap the other hand to ensure your palm covers the opposite ear. Now bend the head towards the shoulder. Take the palm on the floor off the surface and put it on your upper arm. Try this 10 times.
Pigeon face
This is another effective and easy way to reduce double chin.
At first, hold the jaw by using thumb on one side and index finger on the opposite side. Keep your hand still and push your head and neck forward. Remain in this pose for half a minute, then revert to the initial position. This can be repeated three times at one stretch.
